"Good hotel but was really disappointed at the lack of a balcony , my fault for not looking at the website properly as it looked liked it had. Wouldn’t return for that reason only . No proper bar either !!"

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they...
