"This property is in the heart of Tamarindo and one of the only few on the beach. They rent surfboards too, which is super convenient. Lots of shopping/dining options right outside the front door of the property. Also, ATM and Market is a short walk away. This place has everything you need in walking distance. No need for a car. Definitely pay for the ocean front room and ask for the ground floor. You can walk right out from the balcony to the lawn, pool, beach, restaurant, etc. It is a great property/hotel that is worth the money. Enjoy!"

"We had a flooding situation in our room due to heavy rains…however I still give this place a 5! They moved us to a new room, refunded the first night, washed all our clothes for us that got wet and offered free breakfast during the rest of our stay. The staff was so helpful and kind and made an unfortunate weather situation so much better!"

"This is the quaintest little beachfront property! There are different size rooms, so make sure and get the size that’s best for you and your family. It’s in the heart of the little shopping district and right on the beach. They have their own restaurant and restaurants all around for dining pleasure. I probably wouldn’t stay more than two or three nights at this place as it is very small, but it is perfect if you want a beachfront bungalow. There is secure parking as well. Carla is the kindest front desk clerk and will help with anything!"
