"While the staff were very friendly the hotel was very limited insofar as amenities. The room was not well prepared with bathroom plumbing requiring emergency repair to render it safe. Even with that repair it was a very ‘rustic’ room with little comfort. The most difficult aspect of the hotel was the 90 stairs that had to be climbed to access the room! "Located close to the beach and resturants in Platanias.About 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of resturants in even closer but up hill so would not suit everyone. Bus to Chania available from main street. Apartment was clean and spacious. It was cleaned and towels changed daily. Nice pool area with sunbeds. Efi and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. Efi was very helpful before our stay and booked us taxi to and from airport. Hope to visit again"
