"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"Muito boa as acomodações, quarto limpo, banheiro bom, uma vista ótima da praia, bem localizado, recepção 24hs e um cafezinho no balcão bem na entrada hehehe, elevadores funcionando perfeitamente além de uma piscina ótima pra relaxar ao chegar da praia, só uma observação que a atendente foi avisada do ar que tinha parado de duncionar mas após foi resolvido com os proprietários essa questão onde foram bem atenciosos e resolveram de imediato."

"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice too, and free parking was available. Second what I did not like. No toiletries, no blankets, just thin sheets, towels were not great, and the safe did not work (likely for years). Bread was ok, service was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"Atendimento super cortês e simpáticos. Fomos muito bem recebidos e sem burocracias. Conseguimos fazer o check-in rapidamente e fomos alocados em quarto com cozinha e uma mini sala conjugada ao quarto. O café da manhã estava muito bom, embora não tivesse tantas opções, e contava com opções da culinária local. Também eram oferecidos omeletes e tapiocas se solicitado. Deixamos nossas bagagens sob o cuidado da recepção após o check-out e fomos muito bem atendidos. "

"Management made the stay an Island home away from home with a kitchen. Don't let the vacant lots and distance from other guest houses discourage you from staying there. Beautiful place. The daily walk to the beach was not too far and UBER shows up in minutes or less. Definitely clean and secure. They even helped arrange tour pickup and airport transfer. USED PIPA TRANSFER. For some reason, they had a hard time finding the place and UBER never had a single problem finding it. Breakfast...

"Só faltou ser comunicado que era um hotel e um condomínio junto e que o quarto no qual eu aluguei era particular e não incluía café da manhã passei vergonha preferia que me fosse tudo bem esclarecido antes "

"Possibilidade de muitas melhorias, especialmente em atendimento e consideração. Reservamos uma casa para 10 pessoas (família, com idosos e crianças) que era definida pelo ePipa como “vila”, com vista para a lagoa. O ambiente do condomínio é muito agradável e bem cuidado, com uma ótima piscina, espaço aberto e muito verde. A casa era confortável, com áreas amplas, porém necessitava de alguns ajustes: armários de quartos e cozinha com dificuldade de uso e cheiro forte; fogão com o forno e 2 bocas...

"Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno."

"Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. Por un poco más del precio se consigue lugares muchos mejor. "
