There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. "Villa Parri is a beautiful well-preserved villa with amazing architecture and lovely surroundings. So friendly and helpful at the front reception. Great suggestions and helped us with the best places to park and see. It is off the beaten path so, with the exception of the amazing restaurant onsite, you have to drive to go anywhere. Of course the trade off is a small piece of serenity and quiet in a stunning villa."
