The rooms we booked were caravan type accommodation and are clean with portable kitchen and AC and heating options. It is safe gated area and have the shops and cofee places at a walking distance. "These apartments are basic but very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine.
