"I stayed for 5 days while in London for the first time and it was wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate them holding my luggage for me when I arrived well before my room was ready. The gym is beautiful with great views and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It’s also next to the Tate Britain Museum and I was able to have a look at some exhibits and used it as a landmark while navigating around town."

"We had a wonderful stay. Only stayed one night. The only problem was the shower only seemed to have 1 temperature setting and it was unbearably hot (could have burnt) so we weren’t able to shower. If it was a longer stay we would have asked for it to be looked at. Other than that it was a brilliant stay. "

"The Portico hotel was lovely, nicely presented. Room was perfect for what we needed somewhere to sleep. Comfy with everything you need. Nice having tea and coffee facilities in room and although we didnt use it was nice to see a safe to use if you were staying for a longer time. Reception was very welcoming and polite when we arrived and also when we came back from an evening out. Hotel was nicely decorated and in a super location. Took ys only 15/20 mins to walk to Buckingham Palace and 2/3...
