"Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Excellent location and amazing hotel. Staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We were able to borrow a wheelchair upon submitting a valid ID which made it easier for my senior mother to get around. Room was spacious and immaculately kept up. Will be coming back for sure! Would skip buffet at Heat and have a meal in the Lobby Lounge instead. "
