"Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! "Unfortunately we arrived in the dark during a thunderstorm, and parking was not easy. It's a very steep driveway leading to two different parking lots with virtually no space to turn around. All that said, the room was comfy despite some harsh pin lights in the floor shining upwards that we placed shoes over to "dial down", the check-in staff was friendly, and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Hopefully I can return when it's not raining and use the pool."
