Comfortable and clean stay. Appreciate that most staffs at the front desk are able to speak good english and being helpful. The downside is that as the area is near to many happening bars, it gets noisy from about 12am to early morning. The hotel do provides ear plug.

I’ve been to Patong many times and can honestly say this is the best place I’ve stayed in and will definitely be coming back. There are so many staff that you want for nothing. They are so friendly that sometimes you don’t even want to go to bangla road. Won’t hear a bad word said about the place. I’ve seen other reviews where people say that there is noise to stop them sleeping, but I don’t know if I was lucky with my room, but I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly sad to leave.

It’s my go to hotel in Patong perfect location and good as always. Only downside is they have got rid of the pool table from the bar area. Their loss. Just meant I didn’t drink in the hotel bar but somewhere else that had a pool table. But would definitely stay again

Room sucks but giving 2 star only because staff was friendly. It was smaller and not as nice as expected PLUS THERE WERE COCKCROACHES. Booked a 3 night stay but checked out early after 2 nights after we found a total of 5 cockcroaches - spotted 2 the first 2 nights which I thought that was it. But there were additional 3 more cockcroaches appearing the 3rd day and I knew I cannot stay here anymore. Even after we opt for cleaning, when we came back can still see 1 of the dead cockcroach that we killed still on the floor - questioning if they actually clean the room properly or not.

The staff in every area were brilliant. I had health problems and they helped me all the time. My room was changed from an upper level to a ground floor unit to assist me. Nothing was to small if I needed assistance. The only point I can pick is I should have been staying longer.

I have visited Phuket several times over the past decade and I always stay at The Yorkshire when I’m in Patong. The staff are wonderful, the property is well kept, the pool is a hidden oasis, the gym is well-equipped and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as the beautiful Jungceylon Mall. It’s also a short walk to Patong Beach.

property is very pleasant, tad dated but what it lacks in updates it excels in friendliness and hospitality. Most thai hotels are friendly but this is about as pleasant experience as one could ask for. The entire staff was super accommodating …, the jewel of the bunch was Ghie , who is one of the coolest and kindest persons i’ve ever met. Ghie took extra time to find my lost luggage and golf clubs the airline lost … then for the remainder of my stay made sure i was well attended to. Ghie should be sainted .., just a phenomenal experience to receive that level of care and concern. this will be my new home in phuket thanks to Ghie and her staff.

The staff were fantastic. I left a phone in a taxi when I arrived and the staff went above and beyond too assist me in retrieving it. They checked CCTV footage, lent me their phones to use and eventually tracked down the driver. This was exceptional service. The rooms are clean, close to town and meal value for money.
