"Ingen kunne engelsk. Det var veldig dårlig reinhold. Vi bodde i 13 dager og de byttet ikke sengetøy en eneste gang. Vi måtte spørre etter toalettpapir hver gang vi trengte nytt. Veldig bråkete siden det lå ved nattmarkedet. Det offentlige bassenget som ligger 5 min fra hotellet var ikke i bruk. Vi fikk vasket klær der, men flere av klærne ble ødelagt / fikk flekker. For dyrt og for dårlig standard. "

"조용하고 저렴한 숙소 직원은 친절하고 도와주려고 하나 영어가능한 직원이 한명뿐임 시설은 가격만큼 저렴함. 위생은 매우 좋지 못함. 테이블 바닥 싱크 어느곳이나 먼지가 많고, 샤워기 주방싱크대 보수가 필요함. 가스렌지가 있는데 바로 밑에 프로판가스통이 있어서 놀랬음 안전개념이 좀 다름. 큰길에서 걸어서 10분정도지만 호텔근처는 가로등이 없어서 밤에는 위험해보임. 장기투숙객들에게는 괜찮을 수 있겠음. 그래도 가격이 저렴하니 잠시 묶어가기에는 괜찮음 공항에서 무료픽업해 주는 것은 큰 장점임"

"It’s a old villa but clean. Breakfast was ok. The service was bad. We had to wait long for the buggy pick up while the hotel itself is not really that big, I think it’s because there was only 1 driver. The staff were quite impatient, very rude. This is the second hotel we stayed during our trip; we chose both villas; so it’s easy to compare our experiences. We stayed here for 3 nights after Xmas, I don’t recommend this hotel. We only chose it because short of availability during high season."

"Our stay was mostly average, but unfortunately we faced some serious cleanliness and safety concerns. After check-in, we found a dead cockroach and a dead lizard inside the room, which was quite unpleasant and disappointing. Additionally, the front door did not feel sturdy and could be opened easily even after locking, which made us uncomfortable from a security perspective. However, I do appreciate the prompt response from the front desk and staff whenever we raised a concern. Their service and quick action were the only positive aspects of our stay. Overall, I hope the management improves room maintenance, cleanliness, and security for future guests."

"There are two things we particularly like about this resort. First, there are two swimming pools, which give guests good options for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the villa section, with its small tree-lined paths where we took a walk every day. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the seating area provides plenty of comfortable options. We dined at the seafood restaurant three times and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the resort. If we come back next time, we will probably book a bigger room. One thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as it was quite slow in our room and in the dining area."
