"We are family of 5 - took 2 executive rooms. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Assisted us with anything we needed. For extra services (transportation, attractions) they charged as the market prices without any fees or commissions. Food was ok, we don’t eat meat and chicken, they kindly offered us some options. Location is walkable from the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are."

"This venue was very comfortable and relaxing with the infinity pool and swim up bar, with access to the beach directly in front. The two restaurant choices were fantastic, specifically the Thai restaurant. The hotel suites were immaculately clean and well designed and had everything we needed. The only negative thing I could think of was that there was only one bar we could order from and drinks took a while to be made. "

"The Shells is a very nice sea side resort. The pool is beautiful and beach access is convenient and clean. Our bungalow was large and well appointed. It had a shower and separate tub. Lots of storage room. We were a short walk to both pools and restaurants. Although all of the staff were friendly, we did find the service to be slow, especially while utilizing the lounge chairs. "The best hotel on the Phu Quoc island!! We booked two hotels, both considered the best hotels and LaVeranda is by far the best, in our opinion. Excellent beach, beautiful gardens, people who work here know you by name and are sincerely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
