Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. The spa facilities was great. Location was a bit further out from the main township of Phu Quoc, however if you wanted to just relax this is the place to be.

Great hotel on a great island, we was a family of four and didn’t spend much time at the hotel since we wanted to discover as much of the the local culture as possible. The hotel breakfast and the beach was really good. Great room service and friendly staff all around.

Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient.

Loved the pool area and beach , this really makes this hotel . Rooms are very comfortable but a bit soulless and bland . Your really limited to eating at hotel as nothing around this place , far out of town . the restaurant on the beach was great during the day with good food , but limited choice in evening and very expensive. The bigger restaurant inside hotel main building was fabulous for breakfast , best choice and quality I’ve ever had , but eating here in the evening felt like you were eating in a food court with the bright lighting , though the choices of food were quite good . Really nice staff though in both restaurants, they engage in conversation and are very friendly and chatty which makes a huge difference. Overall we enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights

Stay at Paradise

This is a paradise not a hotel. There are only good and great things to talk about this place. The best resort in Phu Qouc Island by far. Every staff is courteous, energetic and customer focused. Lavish pools and stunning beach. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Room service is top notch. Breakfast is awesome and a food marathon with zillion of specialties. Food haven. Child friendly to the best. They have a great kids club. Free shuttles from airport to hotel. Reserve it in advance.Free shuttles to the Grand World Market. Chef Vincent and Chef Tung very accommodating and will make you feel special with mouth watering dishes we being vegetarian. VY and Vivivian at the dinner check out were amazing with great customer service and details. Queen helped our 7 year old daughter all during the stay and were very caring. There is a DJ playing your favorite tracks in the evening at the beach and also nice soothing music at dinner. We had dinner and breakfast always the hotel as it great value for money and quality which is top notch. Overall a great experience and something to remember for rest of our life.

Great hotel - but not 5 star quality

Wonderful hotel with amazing views. However the overall service is lacking that of an actually 5 star hotel. On our first night we went to have some dinner at 8:10 in the beach club as the sign said dinner was until 9:30 , we were then told food stopped at 8pm. We then went to the other restaurant- both have the exact same food menu with no variety between them. All ordering is done via QR code on the table - a lot of information is missing in terms of details on it. There are 2 drinks packages you can buy when you scan the QR code but it doesn’t provide any info to what is actually included. On our second night we had dinner at the beach club. My food came down 15 minutes before my parters & our drinks didn’t come until half way through the meal. The waiter also spilled water all over our table when pouring our glasses and didn’t bother to clean it up. The hotel has a shop onsite which the price is reasonable, however I don’t feel a mandatory service charge being added in the shop when buying water & snacks is needed ? €7 for 750ml of water when sitting out by the pool is also a complete rip off. The room was great but due to the poor service I don’t think I would return.

Excellent hotel amazing friendly service, clean rooms, well appointed, and excellent resort landscaping and perfectly kept grounds. Excellent breakfast selection. Beach needs to be kept cleaner, whilst was quite well maintained directly in front of the property close surroundings were very polluted and lots of piles of rubbish. I understand that’s not within the direct control of the resort though it needs to be addressed if your trying to attract tourists. There was some ongoing cleaning being done on the beach so obviously some efforts are being made which are positive.
