Checked into the room & needed a different refrigerator then found out the Jacuzzi didn't work, then couldn't fill the bathtub so had to use shower. Being handicaped didn't help either. It was a very bad experience all the way around. I want my money back; but I know that won't happen.

The hotel is older but the rooms have been renovated. The fresh paint in the room gave me a headache. The tv did not work, I arrived late and the maintenance man was not available to come fix it. The breakfast buffet was like all other hotels, nothing special. The staff were professional and friendly. The shuttle from the airport was an Uber car.

My Canadian phone doesn't work in the US but I could not make any other arrangements for pick up by their shuttle, since it isn't a shuttle at all but UBER. However, the girl at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I got picked up. I was not so fortunate the next morning when there was no one at the front desk to attend to my needs. My room phone didn't work. I was told "No, some of the phones don't work." My door key worked sometimes. The bed was good. The only place to eat nearby was fast food. At that time of night the only fast food available was the most disgusting fast food I have ever seen. Except for the drink, which was in a bottle, it all went in the garbage.
