"My son and I stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a high rise with an infinity pool (with glorious city views) and a decent bar on the rooftop. "Property is good for what you pay. Big rooms and easy walk to get around. I enjoyed it as it was away from the busy side of Hanoi. It was in walking distance to many places. Recreation building looked a bit sad but I doubt anyone used the facility. Not a bad stay if you’re only looking for a place to lay your head after a busy day exploring "

"We had the absolute best time at this studio. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met. The welcome tea and treats were a lovely way to start our stay. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!"

"Bad communication almost made us miss our flight. They hold all guests id’s and I told them we would need it back at 6:30 am so we could head to the airport because at night there is no one at the front desk. They do send you a text with basic info but no mention of early morning departure procedures. If they respond otherwise, it’s not true. We had to wait almost an hour until someone finally came to the front and returned my TRC ID. Room was not very clean and had to request they re-clean...

"This time I stayed in the double room on the 7th floor. Since the hotel is in center of Tay Ho district, you can't expect a great view, but the design of the lobby and rooms was excellent. I was also very satisfied with the quality and the design of room. If I have the opportunity to stay in Hanoi again, I would definitely stay here again"

I especially want to say that Kim was an amazing host who took the time to answer my questions and suggest many beautiful places to visit. She made my stay even better! "The neighborhood is poorly lit and does not have many good dining opportunities. If you are using this hotel before catching a morning flight, try to grab dinner elsewhere beforehand. The hotel itself, however, was clean, with a lot of space in the room, and offered a nice breakfast."

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!"
