"The staff is very accommodating and responsive, but their English was a bit weak. I booked the family suite which was just two connecting rooms. Unfortunately they put the two single beds for the kids in the nicer of the two rooms, which was wrong, so the kids had a bath tub and a shower, plus nicer robes, bigger room, etc., while the parents had the smaller room with a queen bed, small bathroom, junky robes, etc. But the two big negatives were: (1) the shower in the smaller adult room leaked...

"Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. "This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! "Wonderful 1 night stay in Lily Homestay in Tam Coc. Staff were so friendly, and the breakfast we had was incredible. Room was newly refurbished with very efficient AC. The family who owned it couldn’t do enough to help, organising taxis etc. we got some laundry done which was returned within 6hkurs and we even were able to arrange a late check out to fit with our travel plans at a very reasonable cost. "Our stay at the Hidden Charm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Thank from customer support, who truly exceeded our expectations. Not only was Thank incredibly attentive and helpful, but she also surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday, making our stay even more special. Dinh in the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Her kindness and readiness to assist us at every meal made dining a pleasure, which is tricky with a two year old. Vu Minh worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. The barman around the pool was another joy. His cheerful and happy demeanor added a delightful touch to our poolside relaxation. Overall, the whole team pulled out all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s great facilities and prime location ( not even an 5 minute walk to restaurants annd excursions) only added to the experience.
