"Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that."

"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. "We had the best time at Pullman Phuket resort for many reasons, the staff, food options, walkable distance to beach and local food options. The transportation within the property as well as into Old Phuket Town or any attraction was super easy and convenient. Would highly recommend and if we can bring our whole family back we will! "Don’t think of another place, just stay here. Amazing personalised service, the staff knew us after the first couple of days. Currently undergoing renovation but we never felt it, amazing through and through Special staff especially Du (who always had a smile on his face) and the whole buggy team, Pla and the saffron team, and our housekeeping staff member Suchada (K. Poo) Private pools are great, lots of free shuttles to nearby shopping, beach clubs, far enough from the other side of Phuket but still close enough if you want to experience it We spent 9 days there and honestly should’ve easily spent 9 more, we will be back in a few months "
