"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). Location was difficult to find but easy to return to once we figured how where and how. Staff helpful in us doing this. "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "

"The hotel is literally advertised as sound proofed but upon checking in I could clearly hear a guy next door hacking coughing and I would not be able to sleep through that so luckily I was able to change my room after the first 10 minutes. The room is quite small for how grand the lobby is. The front desk people seem very curt and not friendly, maybe that’s the culture. The elevator down to the spa stopped working and the front desk had an “oh well”’attitude. Thanks. No bathtubs, only tiny...
