Property is outdated with carpets that either have stains or holes. For a 4 start designation the hotel lacks confort and appearance. We asked to be moved to another room due to room not being clean and carpet being dirty. We were moved and you could hear "private noises" from wither next door or upstairs. Matres are old and feel like a hammock. Some people that qork there are very nice, others are bother by your requests. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

Such a wonderful stay. The bed was super comfy and the service was top notch. The cost of the breakfast is not worth it unless you eat A LOT. Otherwise, an amazing place that would look to stay at again if I am ever visiting this wonderful city.

Our group felt that this was a fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and decorated, and the bar and restaurant were excellent. Very comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. Best place we have stayed in Europe so far.

An excellent hotel, with such a gorgeously appointed room. Staff were all friendly, breakfast buffet was impressive, the restaurant was fantastic... I couldn't fault our stay; loved it. And only a ten minute walk from the Old Town.

Every time we come to Bratislava, we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and cozy, extremely tastefully decorated. So clean and fresh. The bed is super big and comfortable. Can’t fault this hotel. Easy walk to old town as well. Great restaurant on site. I highly recommend!
