"I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket?
