"Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. Overall a good property and value for money "

"My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby."

"I am glad that i got to stay in this apartment when i am in Penang with family. The unit is unique, clean and modern looking. All of our family members enjoy the stay here. When we left Penang, we have accidentally left a bag in the apartment. The owner has let us known and go above and beyond to help sending the bag back to us, greatly appreciated! Will definitely be back again next time we are in Penang!"

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. "The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl."

"There are call girls going up to the rooms! Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging "

A good choice for Penang

"Great iconic hotel - good value overall - we stayed in the Victory wing and the rooms are spacious and we preferred to the heritage section. Service was polite, not overbearing and the hotel had a nice relaxed feel. Lovely infinity pool. Breakfast catered adequately fif every taste. "
