"The staff were very nice and polite, always helpful !! But the hotel was dark, a lot of the light bulbs in the gym were broken which made using the gym equipment very difficult and unsafe. Because of the hotels location on a very busy road there is a constant noise of cars and sirens, the hotel needs to invest in sound proofing. The food was very bland, mostly deep fried. Would recommend eating out. "

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."
