"Location is excellent, crossing road from train station, subway is at the front of the hotel. Staffs are friendly, checked in early without paying extra. Room is quiet. Many dinning options are around. Feels safe in the evening."

"Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge! "

"The staff is very warm and friendly. Breakfast options are pretty decent. The proximity of this hotel is pretty central as you can walk to the train station 5mins away to get the train. Duomo is 15mins away by train. Very wide range of restaurants/cuisines on the same street as the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. No issues. We didn’t try to park as it seemed kinda hard. "
