"Whatever expectations I had were met and exceeded beyond my imagination. I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal resort in Penang. The staff is very warm and welcoming and so very helpful, especially Osman and Ali. The property is gorgeous and is very well kept. "Excellent staff when meet in person and I hope someone can allow the message to be respond when I send on Expedia. Try to send message on Expedia prior to arrival in advance but never get any reply. Property is amazing and staff is excellent. Highly recommend if the staff can access to reply any message or someone who in charge should be responsible to reply in hour or same business day. Love this location and definitely will be back. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Obviously very busy with the start of school holidays in Malaysia and lots of visitors but still managed to find little areas of peace & sunbeds by the pool! Staff all excellent and friendly - common areas clean and enjoyable to relax in. Facilities good - the main restaurant and "Pizzeria" very clean, good food & lovely staff. Swimming pools good with areas for families (ie kids) and adults. Splash area was looking a little worn with the underfoot surface degraded but not unexpected considering the heavy use. Breakfast amazing. Good quality and enough to go round even when it was at its most craziest! Only thing I'll say is please make more teh tarik - it always ran out by 9am and no top up. Room great (we had a seaview) - large clean and had all the storage we needed and amenities (two bottles of water a day & tea/ coffee making facility). TV entertainment brilliant with plenty of movies and TV shows available. Overall very happy and look forward to staying again!"
