"I arrived in late afternoon and found that I'd booked the wrong sized room, way to big for me. The staff were lovely and sorted it out in minutes. So really nice staff on site, friendly and helpful. "When we arrived the old man at the desk had trouble finding our reservation. He did not speak any English, and my Thai is not very good. He called another woman who spoke a little bit of English and who helped him find our reservation. The hotel is older, but the room was clean enough. The beds were quite hard, and there was space between the doors, allowing mosquitos inside. The location is quite out of the way. "Run down and doesn’t look fresh like the photos. Bathroom wasn’t really clean and shower was terrible. Bed very hard but not uncommon in Thailand. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. States it has restaurant, bar and poolside bar. Doesn’t have any of these and doesn’t have a pool. Not even sure we got the room we paid for but communication wasn’t the best. We wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The staff were helpful, one of us left an item behind and the staff contacted us straight away to advise. The rooms are dated, served the purpose we needed it for as we wanted to sleep before travelling further. Food for someone in England I wouldn’t be able to eat. "The room was not clean. The bed is itchy and very hard. Bathroom was ok. Upon check in they said that the rooms we booked already sold out and refuse to check in or refund the money through Expedia. They offered refund in cash and it was already after midnight when we arrived. After we complaint they gave the higher category room but the rooms and the bed still not clean, the worst thing is the itching bed."
