When I call the phone number on the property I was told that I was at the right location. Then I was instructed to go to the area where they have at least 10 combinations locks & was given the code to unlock the keys of the room in which I’ll be staying at. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "Beautiful, quiet property with a magnificent view of San Juan and the ocean. Staff extremely attentive and polite. I felt like I was surrounded by family when dealing with all staff members. "Great location, close to everything! Very quiet, safe, clean and relaxing, the apartment has everything you need! They were very quick to respond about my early check in request & really friendly!!! Even had great bicycle ‘s to use to cruise the beach and town. I would highly recommend staying here!! "

Unfortunately not a happy customer

"When I arrived at the location, I second guessed myself because the place looks kinda of abandoned as if it was out of business. When I call the phone number on the property I was told that I was at the right location. Then I was instructed to go to the area where they have at least 10 combinations locks & was given the code to unlock the keys of the room in which I’ll be staying at. So cold & impersonal is how it felt. Once upstairs then they had a lot of doors with numbers that reflected the numbers on the combination locks. Once inside I WAS NOT IMPRESSED especially for the amount of money that I paid for this dinghy & dirty looking room. The mattress was NOT comfortable, u would think that with all that money they are charging at least the mattress would be great. Ants everywhere as well mainly in the bathroom though. The water pressure from the shower horrible. Why didn’t I checked out and went elsewhere? Because there was nothing nearby that was available, I came to PR this time around to attend a family wedding, but I didn’t want to bother any family member with putting me up when there was numerous family members come from abroad. "
