"It was great. The staff is super kind and the view is to die for. Two suggestions….the hot tub could be a bit warmer and the restaurant could be faster at take away coffee. We ordered three and by the time they were all finished the first one was cold. Beside that, we loved it and will definitely be back. "

"Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. Rest of staff were very pleasant. "

"Stayed in the hotel for a convention at ICC, really quick walking distance made it very convenient going back and forth! Room was spacious and functional, perfect for 3 people. Would recommend for smash con goers or any convention in ICC!"

"Great service and was allowed to check in very early, which was a massive help to me since I had been flying all night. The hotel rooms looked a little dated and could probably do with a it of an uplift. Breakfast was ok with lots of choice. Overall happy and I would go there again."
