"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. "The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians.
