"I felt very welcome at the hotel and the lady in the reception was very nice and pleasant. The hotel is situated in the very center of Arbois and was not that expensive. "

"Service at the front desk was terrible. We were forced to pay on Saturday night although we were leaving on Sunday. There was no soap and no toilet paper in the room. When called the front desk about and she said she will arrive but never did. I went downstairs and she gave me a small bottle of shower gel for two and told me to get the toilet paper from a counter in the restaurant area. "The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."

"Très bon accueil ! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont a coeur la satisfaction de leurs clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre de Lons. Pk a disposition. Certains espaces auraient encore besoin d'etre rafraichis, mais nul doute que ce sera fait progressivement. Bonne adresse pour découvrir Lons et sa région !"

"The stay was quite clean and quaint. Every aspect of the place was very thoughful. Exemplary I would say. Fanny was an amazing host. Room was clean, bed confortable, bathrooms very clean. Also the dart board and pool table were fun as well. "
