"The pools were definitely the best part! Everything was super clean and the food was good, but I wouldn’t say amazing. The staff we interacted with were amazing as well. It was awkward not having a hostess / host stand at most of the restaurants—seating was a bit of a free-for-all. If you waved someone down, they took care of you. Riu Party was loud, but even as close as we were, it wasn’t really that annoying. Didn’t bother us or the kids as we got ready for bed. "

But the moment we arrived, all of that melted away. The property is absolutely stunning and truly takes your breath away. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the people. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, kind, and thoughtful.
