Every single employee we met was above and beyond in their courteousness and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed every second and were sad to leave. The hotel was spotless and the dining options were great. Loved it! Can't wait to visit again.

It was beautiful, the staff was gracious, the food was excellent. What caught me off guard was that, the room, though excellent, overlooked a scrappy parking lot. Beyond the parking lot was a side view of the expansive, blue ocean.

Hi my husband and I stayed there two weeks. On our last day we had went downstairs to eat at the restaurant and I had went upstairs to use the restroom in our room by myself and come in to find a man’s phone and RFID room key bracelet in my room on a table. so I ran out to get my husband - we had a privacy sign on the door! We had just had turned down service so I knew there was no maids there immediately called security. They came to the room and admitted that they let a drunk man into our room!! without identification. They said he was hanging around the room and told an employee he didn’t have his ID but it was his room so they let him in without checking anything!! Very scary. Complete security protocol breakdown!! He left his cell phone and an RFID bracelet which no one in the hotel is allowed to have according to security! 😱. Please note that we stayed there for two weeks and multiple times in the past and everyone there knows who we are and where our room was so how in the world this happened this is beyond us. If he was in the room when my wife went there by herself, God knows what might’ve happened!!! They promised to get back to us and to investigate the situation but they never did Because of that I find myself leaving this review because I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

Great, but not Ritz great
Fantastic spot, fell in love with Aruba. Ritz was great, but expensive - though so was everything in Aruba. We fell in love with our house-keeper, Elba, who was the sweetest lady that made us feel right at home. I would have given the review a 5 star, except it's a Ritz-Carlton and we expected more. We stayed at another hotel 3 weeks earlier, a Marriot Signature Collection hotel, and it blew it out of the water in terms of service.
