"Loved this hotel! Perfectly located on Waikiki beach. So many amazing food and shopping options. Favorite part of our stay was renting tubes, floating in the ocean and having the sea turtles swim up to us. Definitely would book again! "

"We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. Our room was clean and did show minor evidence of aging but still was very nice. All the hotel employees were courteous helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you are not planning to have a car. The hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki and close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking at the hotel is 70 dollars a day, which is about the same as most hotels in Waikiki. There is a hop on hop off bus and trolley system that we found to be very helpful to get around the island. I would recommend the Waikiki Trolley system 4 day all line pass. The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki made our special occasion exceptional."

"Bed was comfy ! Partial ocean view was plenty (wasn’t in the room long enough to have needed ocean front)… staff was friendly and helpful… liked the ability ti ‘borrow’ beach towels and beach chairs!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay and the facilities at the Kauai Shores Hotel and would happily rebook here without a second thought! It was convenient to restaurants, shops and many activities. Being centrally located on the island made it easy ( with a car) to reach key points of interest on the island. The staff was outstanding at meeting our needs and requests and the resort in general was well maintained and clean. The only issue that we encountered was the parking. The spaces allocated to self parking were very narrow and we frequently found that guests needed to use 2 spaces to accommodate their vehicles or found themselves in such tight spaces that it was nearly impossible to get in or out of their cars. Valet parking resolved the parking issue, but wasn't convenient if plans entailed frequent trips to/from the resort. The beachfront allowed for great ocean swimming and relaxing on site."
