"Absolutely perfect vacation. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very safe, appreciated the extra steps to keep access to our floors/rooms limited. Check-in/checkout was easy. Having the option to stock our fridge before arrival was a bonus. View from the room was only surpassed by the pool."

The location of the Luna is great, close to the Malacon and Romantica Zone, although the walk home always involves a steep hill. "I have been at the bungalows Demetria several times and it has always been a great and a pleasant place to stay in Guadalajara. Cozy and homey bungalows with the nicest and always friendly stuff . "Overall, a very nice day. Everything was very clean. The pool area was outstanding. Probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. I do wish they would provide some coffee and some bottled water for the room. Especially since you’re not supposed to drink the tapwater. It’s a little bit of a nuisance to have to trudge up the hill from the beach area or you can ride the funicular, which unfortunately broke down with us on it. "Nice gated hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. It was nice to be able to park our car onsite. The garden and pool area was our favorite part along with the in house breakfast restaurant. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The one area of improvement would be the bathroom felt old and dark which created the illusion of it not being clean or tidy. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall it was a nice stay. "

"Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. "Los Tules is a wonderful resort with large grounds and a great variety of vegetation and wild creatures. The resort is located right on the ocean front but also has several lovely well maintained pools. There is only one restaurant but it is very good. "Stayed here 4 times. Its everything we need in a place to stay. The staff is so wonderful. We live that some of the staff recognizes us each time. The poolside staff is always on top of drinks and food. They definitely go above and beyond! My only complaint is the noise at night. People who are oblivious to others and being loud in the hallways. Also the music in the lobby that goes until late was very loud. Earplugs are a must"
