It was in a fun area, and the property looks really well put together. Very kind staff as well. The only thing is the drainage issue I’m assuming is what caused a really bad smell from the bathroom.

Hotel was really nice and well worth the value we had no complaint's, the hotel is super clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is like a 2 minute walk to Avenida Chapultepec which has multiple bars and restaurants.

Clean, convenient. Had to request additional hand towels. Helpful. When I found out the hotel does not provide mini refrigerators in the room, I called the hotel and ask what they could do/provide as we have medication that needs to be refrigerated. They said they could give us a small cooler and we could get ice from restaurant. When we arrived, they did not know or why someone would tell us this. They did not have a cooler, we had to go out and buy one.
