"Greeted by friendly and helpful staff with a nice modern place to stay. The reception and lounge area with a 24hr bar is a great idea and had a great atmosphere along with the friendly staff it was a great experience. Up the stairs to our room it was modern clean and comfortable with a decent amount of space for a short stay. We booked a table at the diner for breakfast and the food was great (not included in price) the staff everywhere were friendly and happy to help the food was fresh and had lots of locally sourced produce. The only negative points I have to make were the stairs were very dark and paired with a 24hr bar may cause a tumble ! And secondly there were tea bags and coffee bags in our room but no kettle. None of this detracted from our stay and we would choose this over any of its competitors "

"Wonderful property right in the middle of Oxford. Comfortable, clean and good vibe in the lobby area. Room was equipped with an espresso maker and small fridge. The only downside, if there is one, is that rooms are on the small side relative to North American standards. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Oxford."

"Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "
