" Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. The bar tender was super attentive and the breakfast buffet was top-notch! Excellent hotel - will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area. 10/10 "

"This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

"Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. From the high ceilings, giant windows, very upgraded bathroom and lighting. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in all our travels. I didn't want to leave. Everything was so clean, I wondered if anyone...

"Stylish interior, rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking for a nice spot to take in the city in style. Evidently used to be a tea warehouse for the Dutch East India Company, so the walls are solid and the ceilings are ludicrously high in rooms."
