"I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. I also got to see the rest of the hotel just before leaving. Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel. Just don't stay Tuesdays."

"Very good B and B in a quiet neighbourhood of Bassano. We were very late checking in but the manager made arrangements with our host to enable us to get into the property very late. "Hotel was good, and we would definitely consider staying here again. It is located only 400m from the ski slopes, the cold buffet breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean - including the bathroom in our room which looked brand new. The only criticism would be that the beds weren't terribly comfortable - mattresses were hard and each bed only had had one very small pillow . "We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast. During our tour we have stayed at a lot of hotels, many more modern and more expensive than this, but this was our favourite. We will be back again and bringing friends for a simple, comfortable stay with amazing views under the mountain!"
