"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "Beautiful, modern hotel with super helpful men and women at the front desk. Amazing breakfast buffet with great coffee and everything you could possibly want to eat. Lovely Italian restaurant in the hotel. Great location within a block of two different tram lines. Really a great hotel."

"The staff are fantastic! So friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, I had to move rooms 3 times during my 2 night stay. The first night, the tv didn't work (it would just shut itself off after a couple of minutes of cutting in and out). I was moved to another room which had 2 single beds instead of one queen bed...same problem with the tv. The second day I wasoved to another room with a queen bed, tv that worked but right next to the housekeeping room so noise was an issue along with dirty room...

"Perfect hotel for a city break. Hotel is well located close to the main train station which makes it easy to access from the aiport and walking distance from the Opera house and other attractions. "We are a family of 6. We stayed 4 nights in 3 rooms (3 pax each room). Slept well. Comfortable bed. Nice shower/toilet. Practical layout. Breakfast offers wide spread of food and fruits. "Good hotel close to the train station. They did not clear the snow/ice immediately outside the hotel entrance so it was relatively treacherous crossing the road with luggage to go to the train station through the covered mall."

"The hotel is in a great central area to do lots of things in Oslo, the breakfast is great with loads of choice. Unfortunately the lighting system in the room is a bit crazy and with no instructions, you spend ages working out which switch to use, with a pad at the door. Also single duvets are not ideal in double beds and disrupt your sleep. "

"Good quality hotel in an excellent location for Oslo city centre and all that is on offer. It was a little strange that the check-in desk is also the bar! Further, there were times when the staff were busy elsewhere meaning both check-in and bar were unattended which was not completely satisfactory. However, all the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself has character and the rooms and communal areas were clean & tidy. Breakfast was good with a varied choice of hot and cold food....
