Very good stay in a good central location.
Fully recommend this property. I stayed there on business for 5 nights during the current covid 19 pandemic and the service was exceptional. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the facilities are exactly what is necessary for a short trip away for a couple or a business trip. I will revisit.

Even though they were short handed because of the Epidemic. They Manager took it upon himself to make sure all our needs were taken care of, Including the change of towels and any issues in the room. Excellent service

We have had a pleasant experience on our 6 nights stay in this property. Rooms are small but serve all necessities. Good variety at Breakfast. Cons: No TV Channels in English, the pillows are too hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel has everything the travelers need. It’s close to the transport, you can walk to exit 4 at the kitahama metro so you can easily access to the lift with your luggage’s. Many convenient stores are nearby and you can get groceries easily. The house keeper also did the good job. I had a nice time during my stay.

Overall the hotel was good. The location is close to the Kitihama station and a 10 min walk to a more central station that connects you to more areas however the area is more business and is quiet at night and not many restaurants or food options. The room is very small but good enough for one. There was two of us and I had to put my 25 in suitcase on the desk and a carryon on the floor. i would stay here again.

Minimalism achieved!
We were surprised by the smallness of the room, but on checking other hotels, they are more or less the same size! I suppose in Japan one needs to conserve space! Even the "lobby" was small with only a few places to sit. The bathroom was furnished with very good amenities and even pajamas are supplied. The "shower toilet" and heated toilet seat are a plus! A free iPhone for use was available.

Good for the money
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Especially to be able to fill the furo-like tub with hot water to soak and relax. The amenities in the bathroom were first rate. We would have appreciated an retractable clothes line to dry our handwashed underwear, but managed bu using the hangers and hanging them on the shower curtain rod. We like the Japanese custom of providing pajamas and house slippers. We also enjoyed the warm toilet seat and bidet or spray washer. One unusual benefit was the offer of a free iPhone which we didn't use because we had our own phones that we wanted to take pictures with. The internet was sporadic as more people signed on. Best time to use the internet is in the morning. There was a kettle to make hot water for tea, but no sugar or creamer. We like coffee in the morning so went to Lawsons to buy some individual packets with cream & sugar.

Good Hotel
If you are after just a room as a base of operations then this is ideal - however it is not close to any JR lines if you have a Japan Rail Pass but everything is within 30 minutes walking distance or you can buy a metro ticket for around 350 Yen so getting about is not hard. We had a double bed but the rooms are very compact, my kitchen is actually bigger but it did what we required it to do and the hotel also has a 'Handy Mobile' in each room which you can take out and about to use for getting out, knowing what's around you and stuff so you do not have to use your own data. Very useful!

I stayed in this wbf chain hotel every time i visited Osaka but this time for my 6 nights, i found that the room was not so cleaned and had dust. The housekeeper didn’t fill up some amenities everyday and some days the mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Perfectly fine hotel for the price. Metro isn't super close but a short-enough walk that it wasn't a problem getting around. Also a short cab ride from Osaka Castle.

Recommended! Clean and Nice Staff Although the rooms are tiny but they have everything that you want. Hotel Location is so good, near subway and private railway that you can go to Nara, Kyoto too.

Close to train stations, convenience store, restaurants. Great breakfast and after hours lounge. Room and facilities were still new. Room was decent size for Japan. Little hard to find, but after a couple of days, was east navigate. Will be looking at other WBF chain of hotels to stay in the future. Staff was friendly and spoke english.

This hotel was convenient and clean. The WiFi was patchy when in the room but strong in reception area. As with most hotel rooms in Japan the room was small but was still comfortable. There are several hotels with similar names in Osaka so be careful when finding the hotel for the first time. There is a mobile with WiFi in the room that you can take with you which is great when exploring.
