Love the hotel and the generous amenities, a lot of plastic waste generated. Hotel location superb I love the Bali themed hotel with frog, but I’m abit lost why there is a limousine parked outside hotel which hasn’t run in years.

We were late to check out about 20 mins and one of the staff at the front desk wanted to charge us for 4800 yen. Luckily another senior staff waive it. Hope they are more friendly the next time

They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had left something in our closet and came back a week later and they had held on to it for us. My husband is vegetarian and the waitress in the restaurant made sure to inform him of everything that was safe for him to eat at the buffet.

Excellent location. Room is small but very clean. This hotel has all the facilities and amenities you could think of, and there’re free drinks, free ramen and free afternoon tea! Short walk to station. Staff not quite fluent with English. We had a medical condition and needed to get to hospital or clinic and the reception struggled to understand and support us. We could see their effort but the language barrier was evident. A lot of freebie to take at the lobby. Kids play room rather basic. Three arcade machine and table tennis table.
