"Da das gebuchte Einzelzimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand wurde mir ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten zugewiesen. Die Betten waren frischbezogen, die Handtücher sauber aber leider waren die Fußböden noch nicht gereinigt. Sanitär/Dusche hatte das Flair der 80er Jahre. Das Hotel selbst war oder ist noch im Umbau/Renovierung. Das Umfeld um das Hotel selbst lädt auch nicht unbedingt zum längerem verweilen ein. Das Personal war superfreundlich. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt würde ich es wieder buchen."

"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. "The property has a nice vibe and is located in a nice side street to Ku’damm with eateries and bakeries nearby. Gragger bakery has great sourdough breads. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable; they seemed pretty inexperienced. The biggy up rooms have the bedrooms to the street (so they are loud) and the living rooms towards the courtyard where it’s quiet-- the layout doesn’t make much sense. "

"It was a lovely hotel. The area is amazing. Touristy enough but calm. If you want to be where all the tourist attractions are, do not stay here. But if you want to see more German people and still be close to tourist things and be in a nice area, definitely recommend. The room was pretty big with a comfortable bed.
