We enjoyed a comfortable room and a decent breakfast in the morning. Breakfast room staff were very pleasant. Great location for visiting family in Lacey. Our only complaint was an overly soft bed.

It was convenient to get to, the breakfast was decent but not the best, we paid an extra pet fee but they didn’t have any dog bags in the holder outside and the trash was always overflowing for the dog waste. Because they didn’t have bags there was a lot of dog poop on the property. For paying an extra $300 for our pet to stay, I would hope for better amenities for our four legged family member.

The front desk lady Sophie was rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and dismissive. Our reservation was apparently unconfirmed even though we had the itinerary number and the money was taken out of our account. She could physically see on the screen that we had a reservation for that night but told us there were king rooms left available. Expected us to call Expedia to get it sorted out. Then she downgraded our room from a king size bed to two queens and gave the last king bed to the guy behind us!! There was absolutely no compensation offered whatsoever for all the trouble we were put through! What’s the point of having a single night away from the kids if you and your husband can’t even sleep in the same bed?! We should have been given a free upgrade or free snacks at least but we weren’t even given complimentary water bottles like every other guest we saw checking in!

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, bathroom was clean too and of course clean towels is a must and they were!! Room was very nice and comfortable. The only gripe I have is the WiFi was horrible. Too slow and kept knocking me off, still everything else was good, even the decaf coffee in the room was good. Breakfast was good too, lady taking care of the breakfast area was on top of everything, if it was low, she was filling it up. Nice place to stay
