Old Street hotel rooms a the Imperial London Hotels

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"Very good location, minutes of walk to Holbon and Leicester Square stations. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Check in was swift and ladies at recetion desk were pleasant and courteous ; proactively introducing attractions and X'mas events /lighting. Breakfast was good also. Foods are fresh and hot. All staff are very polite and always attending with smiles. Definitely re-book again in future. "
