Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

2.5 star property
5.8 out of 10, (1002)
"Staff was not friendly. Hotel was very ran down. I was almost attacked by a boxer that was running around the hotel with out a leash. Then was threatened by a guest. I brought my concerns to the staff to not care and acted like my safety was none of their concern. He ended up leaving after an hour of checking in because the AC unit wasn’t working and they were not going to accommodate and not give us her money back. He had to get a different hotel last minute."
