The suite had nice sound insulation. Bathroom lighting was great. My shower in room 401 was slightly clogged. Maybe hair needs to be removed from the drain.

This property was very date and rather empty. For a Wyndham property, it missed the mark. I somehow was assigned an ADA room and upon calling to alert to it and make the change, the clerk was not at all interested in accommodating my request, saying they "had other rooms for guests if needed" and quickly tried to sell me on something. We were given conflicting info by two parking attendants with one modestly pressuring us to valet (we were only checking in and heading to a business function) and the other engaging to fully explain valet v. nearest public parking option. Ultimately, we had to leave our keys with valet to check-in, which felt odd, especially after the exchange with both attendants. Only one clerk was working upon check-in and while friendly we had to wait. Our room lacked a bathroom trash can and ironing board. The 5' ADA shower head was a challenge and the water never got to a hot temperature, only warm. All of these experiences led us to not try to restaurant for breakfast, expecting service and food to be on par with the rest of the hotel experience. Instead we walked a couple of blocks to another hotel's restaurant. Check-out was quick, but felt impersonal, with a "thank you" and nod from the clerk who instructed me to drop my key card in a bowl. While the online price was a good deal for the area, the overall experience was less than mediocre.

It was a great rate and perfect location. Be aware there is no parking at the hotel. You must street park or valet for an extra $37 each night. Valet staff was excellent.

Clealnliness was okay, and facility was quiet for a Friday night. It's the customer service that was lacking. If you valet park be ready to roll out with bags as soon as you pull up before you put the car in park. Also IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, the valet will only speak to the man in your party whether it is your vehicle or not and they send your car info to his phone. Front desk also not friendly when checking in. Shower head was broke in room also and rust in shower floor.
