"The whole staffs welcome the guests and offer them professional and attentive services. The owner of the hotel and brother are not sitting back and supervising their staffs, but are contributing their parts to take care of the guests directly. They drive the guests to/from the station from/to the hotel; they do’t use a bus boy."

"spacious room with comfortable beds and an amazing view. delicious buffet breakfast. a bit old-school hotel in that they still use physical key on a gigantic keychain but kind of quaint in a way. our stay was perfect and the only gripe was there's no kettle nor bottled water provided, only a small metal cup for heating water for tea."

"The breakfast is truly an amazing value!! Such an abundance of healthy, hearty food for 500 yen. The bath is quite nice! The lobby and lounge areas are super swanky, too! The single-person room was good enough for me! A complementary snack and teabags, with a hot water pot and a pitcher of ice water provided. Very polite and kind staff at checkin, breakfast, and checkout. They also held my luggage for the day after checkout."
