"This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat."

"Receptionist could not assist with operation of TV. Advised that we'd have to wait until next day for hotel maintenance to assist. We were only staying one night. Assigned room was on the ground floor, which was nice. The laundry room was right across the hall and the employees started work very early which didn't allow a late wakeup."

"I liked the welcoming attitude of the desk person. The room was meticulous although it was a pet accommodation room and my dog was not stressed. The personal touch of the make-up cleanser in a packet was so appropriated! I never saw that before.
