"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. "This apartment was probably very nice at one point. The walls are very beat up, the carpet is disgusting, and who ever cleans it, does the bare minimum. There were little hairs all over the place and the closet was full of dust. The baseboards have not been cleaned in a very long time. If you are tall I would not recommend the penthouse apartment, there are many low points in the ceiling where you will hit your head. "The decor, cleanliness, facilities and staff were all excellent. I found it to be really good value for money. The only thing I would say is the breakfasts seemed a bit steep but we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so wasn't a problem. We'd definitely stay here again!!"

"This hotel was perfect for me since I attended a course at FMTC training centre otherwise it is in the middle of nowhere , but close to the airport. The only negative and would mean that I would never normally stay here is that the hotel does not accept cash as payment."
