"We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. "This hotel is a hidden gem within the beautiful Pueblo of Machu Picchu. I had the most unforgettable stay. They breakfast buffet starts at 5am for all the early hikers which is amazing. All staff speak fantastic English, the customer service was exquisite! I recommend scheduling a message , we did this after our hike it was amazing. The hotel also hold your luggage after check out in the event you want to explore the village or hike that day. Highly recommend getting the room with river view!"

"We had a horrible experience at another hotel in the area and saw someone’s review, who also had a similar situation at the same hotel, recommend this property and we are so glad we took their advice. We enjoyed the hotel and the food options are AMAZING. It was lovely to sit outside on the patio and watch the river. The suite was perfect ! "

Just wow! Totally unique.

"Totally unique amazing architectural piece of art. The organic structure is so cool. Stayed in a delux suite with jacuzzi. Room was fabulous (if more than a little quirky!) you have to forgive some of the shortcomings due to the design (not the best fitting windows, access down track a little hard for taxis, asking them to turn on hot water for jacuzzi). No room terrace/balcony but plenty of communal sitting areas, balcony and beautiful gardens sitting watching hummingbirds. 25 minutes to Ollytaytambo for Machu Picchu and 90 minutes from Cusco (try the route back with a taxi tour half day to Maras, Moray and Chincherro for 250 Sol = £50) The staff are really friendly and trying very hard, but there are some aspects the management need to pay attention to in order to fully present this incredible hotel. We pre-ordered dinner for 8pm and got a phone call at 7:50 saying it was on the table going cold and could we come right now, but then they didn’t serve drinks or deserts. Vegetarian options limited and I paid the same for a full beef and risotto dish without the beef. Breakfast however was amazing with lovely food, beautiful presentation and great unique choices. Almost there but not quite but still worth it! "

AMAZING! And 5 Star Customer Service

"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again! "
