Looking through their guidebook I could see that their ownership or management company is offering a great product and I am sure all their properties are fun and adorable. The property itself was great. The only reason we haven’t booked here again, in our subsequent trips to Ocean Shores, is that the communication was not good with the initial contact when we booked our room. "I love the location and I think this place could be really great if the company put a little money into upkeep and updates. Very run down once in person and they haven’t had a restaurant or bar since 2019. The room was comfy but we bought a top floor suite and when we went out on the balcony the chairs were covered in green moss and moldy slimy stuff. You would think they would have made sure the stuff was clean before guests got there. "
